Job Summary
Receives and verifies that vouchers received in the Financial Management Office are correct. Vouchers are then prepared and paid to vendor or submitted to the Post Support Unit (PSU) for processing. A voucher includes invoices and all supporting reports/approvals/documents.

Essential qualifications
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: At least one year experience in voucher examination, bookkeeping, or working with financial records.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: A good working knowledge of host country and vendor procedures in the handling of invoicing, payments, banking, etc is required.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma
Evaluations:
Level 3 (Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
Level 2 (Limited Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing Swedish is required.
This may be tested.
