Job Summary
Incumbent helps manage the leased housing program consisting of 42 leased properties and 30 leased parking spots. Assists with routine leasing issues, including but not limited to property searches, taking and recording measurements and photographing new properties of the housing pool.
The incumbent is responsible for tracking dates and requirements for all incoming personnel and assists the Reality Assistant and General Services Officer (GSO) with recommendations for housing assignments. Under the direction of the GSO, incumbent oversees the preparation of residences for new tenants, including coordination of the issuance and placement of furniture, appliances, and welcome kits in residences. Notifies landlord of change in tenancy, requests and follows up on any necessary maintenance to include painting. Tracks outgoing personnel and provides departure guidance for residents preparing to leave post.
Essential qualifications
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of experience in grant program, business or financial management.
Education Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level 4 (Fluent) Reading/Writing/Speaking English is required. Level 4 (Fluent) Reading/Writing/Speaking Swedish is required. This may be tested.
